materials used
I try my best to source all materials in the U.S. but sometimes feels impossible. all creations are hand made using some combination of polymer clay, resin, alcohol inks, mica powders, acrylic paint and hypoallergenic hardware. I am always looking to improve quality of my materials to create a higher quality product.

Q: What is the shipping timeline after purchase?
A: All orders ship within 48hrs of purchase. Of course, dependent on USPS holidays.
Q: What if a piece arrives broken?
A: All orders are packaged with great care. Rest assured these pieces are also not as delicate as they may seem. But should your pieces arrive broken, please reachout via IG direct message or email mamaflor.cm@gmail.com
Q: What if I prefer metal/rubber post backings?
A: If you have a preference on material for backings, please leave a note at checkout. I have both and don't mind giving you what you need to feel comfortable wearing my creations.
Q: Do I get to pick my freebie pair?
A: All orders include a free pair. Your freebie will be a mystery. I try to match with whatever else you have in your order.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: If the order is being shipped as a gift, please leave a note at checkout if you wish for a message to be delivered with the package. This will also allow me to hide any pricing.
Q: What if my pieces gold/silver begins to tarnish?
A: Like all jewelry, some cleaning maintenance is inevitable at some point. Tarnishing is a natural oxidation process over time. A little bit of dish soap and warm water soak will typically do the trick.
Q: What if I have other questions or concerns?
